The campaign is over and we can tell you happily that its goals have been reached. We have collected 2.574€ which has been used for buying gifts for the children of Peru and Mexico. Every of them have already received their gifts. It wouldn´t have been possible without the involvement, help, and generosity of those who have participated in many different ways in this project. From the deepest of our hearts, thank you so much.
What is it?
The campaign “Share your Christmas” developed by International Youth Cooperation (IYC Suomi) aims to distribute gifts to children at risk of social exclusion.
All the profits of the campaign will be used directly for kids living in MIPEFAM orphanage (Mexico), Social lunchroom of Huancavelica (Peru) and food support for families in need in Finland.
Objectives
> Distribute 200 Christmas gifts to children at risk of social exclusion
> Provide food support for 100 children
> Involve 500 families in solidarity
> Cooperate with 10 associations to promote solidarity
> Promote volunteering in Finland
